We offer free shipping in Italy on all orders over €50 which will be added automatically at the checkout time.
For all orders under €50 will be charged a shipping price of €6
We offer free shipping in Europe on all orders over €150 which will be added automatically at the check out time,
For all orders under €150 will be charged the shipping price of €12.
Express Delivery (24h-48h) available at the shipping price of €15
USA - CANADA
We offer free shipping in USA and Canada on all orders over €200 which will be added automatically at the check out time.
For all orders under €200 will be charged the shipping price of €18.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied about your order, you have 7 days after received your parcel and replace with other items available. After this days unfortunately we can’t help you to proceed any return requests.
Return requests will be proceed only with the conditions above:
- items not been used, cleaned or damaged
Items returned not in the original box and without any tag or label;
- items returned only in one shipping.
Once verified this 3 conditions you have 2 choice:
- exchange (specify clearly which items you would like to change with);
- E-voucher (Goods voucher to use online within 3 months from the purchase date.)
Once you choose your favorite option, you can contact (email@example.com) with all the informations about your order, mentioning your option and our Team will guide and support you until the return will be completely done.
Postage cost on returns are for the customers
Please contact our Support Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days from the delivered day, once this deadline is over unfortunately it won’t be possible request free return.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you.
Incomplete order / damaged package
If the package arrives at its destination and is delivered in visibly damaged or less than optimal conditions, we recommend that you refuse delivery and contact our Support Team (email@example.com).
In the event that there are one or more items missing, we ask you to promptly send some photos to (firstname.lastname@example.org) that show the package in the condition in which it was received so that we can forward a claim to the courier of reference
